Return Policy – Drape Divine

Thank you for shopping with Drape Divine. We take pride in offering premium sarees that represent elegance and tradition. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in case of a wrong, damaged, or defective item received.

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The saree must be:

    • Unworn and unused

    • In its original packaging

    • With all tags intact

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Color variations due to screen resolution differences.

  • Customized, fall/pico, or pre-stitched sarees.

  • Minor weaving irregularities (these are a natural part of handloom items).

  • Change of mind, size preference, or dislike of fabric/texture.

🔁 Return Process

  1. Email us at drapedivine.ind@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, product photo, and issue description.

  3. If approved, we will share return instructions and address.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will confirm eligibility and process your return.

🔄 Exchange & Refund

  • If the return is approved, you may choose to:

    • Get a replacement (if available), or

    • Receive a credit note valid for 6 months.

Refunds are not provided unless the item is out of stock and return is approved.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error is on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid loss.
